Official video for Frank Turner's 'Girl From The Record Shop’, featuring automaton characters in a world made entirely of copper and bronze. Taken from his tenth album ‘Undefeated’ out 3rd May 2024 on Xtra Mile Recordings.
My third animated music video for Hannah Rose Platt ('Deathbed Confessions'), a grizzly festive dark comedy, where a 'road trip gone wrong' tests the boundaries of friendship versus survival...
Between August 2022 and early January 2023, I created a stop motion animation for Hannah Rose Platt's new single, 'Feeding Time For Monsters'. The film has a horror theme and follows 'Hannah' as she explores the labyrinthine rooms of a haunted house.
Hannah Rose Platt's music video, 'The Gentleman', tells the story of a benevolent spirit who wanders the streets looking for strangers in need. I created the animation by manipulating sand in a light-box and photographing each change frame-by-frame.
@hannahroseplattofficial A short film to advertise 'Archibald Shaw: Civil and Structural Engineers', featuring beavers and flamingos.
Between August and early October 2020, I created the animation for 'Josephine', a music video by the punk band 'Drones'.
Due to its mature content, it is a very different film to the ones I have made previously, and I had great fun working on it. I was in direct contact with members of the band, who let me know what to include in the narrative. Warning: contains some adult themes, blood and gore. |
To mark the 150th anniversary of the publication of Lewis Carroll's 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' in 2015, I was asked by 'The Pharos Arts Foundation' and the 'International Motion Festival Cyprus' to animate 'Chapter 11 - Who Stole The Tarts?'. Twelve animators from around the world produced a single chapter and the final film is a conglomoration of these different styles and techniques. 'Alice In Wonderland' was screened at 'The Shoe Factory' in Cyprus.
Chapter 11, which I created using Photoshop and After Effects, can be viewed above. |

A stop motion film, set in a world made entirely of paper, about a spider that emerges from the pages of a newspaper and encounters photomontage-style figures.
A few examples of my 2D animation, created using Adobe software: Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator.
